Gentle circuit of a busy #Royden this morning. Dry above but getting difficult underfoot in places (I try to keep my feet as dry as possible). Coffee and carbs at Benty’s which became very busy during the time I was there. Good to see so many people about.

Dry but chilly for this morning’s circuit of #Royden. No goosander. Coffee and carbs at the courtyard despite which I’ve lost 3 kg over the past four weeks of calorie counting. Feeling and moving much better. Upping activity levels likely a major factor given only minor changes to diet.

In the morning I visited FACT and saw, somewhat serendipitously, Meet Me In The Digital Twin, a Nina Davies collab that reminded me of last February’s Glow Green Walk. Then on to the Walker for the very nicely curated Turner exhibition. #Liverpool
