Wander around the North Wirral Coastal Park this morning. Notable features: much sedgewarbling, 1763 lighthouse, home of the miniroll and a dancehall played by the Beatles. Coffee and carbs at The Green Hut closely observed by the wildlife.

A scenic pathway bordered by greenery and purple flowers leads to a tall tower in the distance. A path is lined with vibrant yellow flowers and bordered by lush green trees and grass. A circular plaque on a brick wall commemorates The Beatles' performance on March 26, 1962, at the former Apollo Roller Rink. A starling with iridescent feathers stands on a perforated table outdoors, surrounded by chairs and greenery.
